By accessing or using the Derivesoft website and digital signage software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Derivesoft provides a cloud-based platform that allows users to generate, manage, and display content on digital screens using Artificial Intelligence tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. AI-Generated Content & Liability

Our Service uses AI technologies to generate text, images, and layouts ("Generated Content"). You understand and agree that:

  • AI models may produce inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all Generated Content before displaying it on your screens.
  • Derivesoft is not liable for any damages arising from the use or display of Generated Content.
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights to use any input data (branding, logos, images) you provide to the AI.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Display content that is hate speech, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Derivesoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
